2	Although You′re Gone (pop) 4:08 Play Low - Play Full - Music Shop - Song Page This song is about a lovely elderly neighbour of mine in Achill, Catherine McNulty, who died in 1998 She was a kindly and friendly neighbour.

3	Achill Island (pop - rock) 3:49 Play Low - Play Full - Music Shop - Song Page This song began as a slow air in the early 1970s but changed to an up tempo song in the 1990s.

4	Rainy Day (folk pop) 3:01 Play Low - Play Full - Music Shop - Song Page An 'acoustic' song with harmony - very easy listening. Yet another 'negative' song. Sad songs are much more fun!

5	The Hooley (celtic rock) 4:29 Play Low - Play Full - Music Shop - Song Page Don't be fooled by the vocal start - the 'rock' part comes after - get ready to 'lep' around the kitchen!

6	Your Song (romantic ballad) 4:18 Play Low - Play Full - Music Shop - Song Page A love song - a true experience. Acoustic song with orchestration. Full of music. Have a good listen.

7	Angel Called Love (world pop) 3:32 Play Low - Play Full - Music Shop - Song Page An acoustic song, simple lyrics, unusual orchestration - pan pipes, flute and a lovely rhythm.

8	Dancing Gang (rock n′ roll) 3:58 Play Low - Play Full - Music Shop - Song Page Rock 'n' roll with harmonies. Nice guitar solo - a chance to let my hair down (before it all falls out!).

9	It′s No Use (melodic blues) 4:42 Play Low - Play Full - Music Shop - Song Page A simple blues song but with harmonies and a sus4 chord structure (on the dulcimer) making it sound different.

10	On A Saturday (alternative) 4:35 Play Low - Play Full - Music Shop - Song Page A song about the terrorist bombing atrocity in Omagh, Co Tyrone, Ireland, on Saturday 15th of August 1998. This is a strange song with bleak verses but with beautiful haunting choruses with strings. Well worth a listen.

11	Springtime Blues (jazzy blues guitar) 4:52 Play Low - Play Full - Music Shop - Song Page This is an electric guitar improvisation track. Nothing was rehearsed. A 'one take' experience. THIS is Lou.

12	Singing High (alternative) 6:06 - Play Low - Play Full - Music Shop - Song Page This song is about the concentration camps during WW2. I heard a story of Jewish elders questioning whether god had abandoned them to extermination. A bleak song. The music is a bit like a funeral march but well worth a listen.

13	Baby Carrie (orchestral) 4:07 Play Low - Play Full - Music Shop - Song Page Originally hummed to a chord exercise. Beautiful but slightly unusual orchestral piece - includes electric guitar. Certainly not the norm.

14	On A Saturday (acoustic) (alternative) 5:23 Play Low - Play Full - Music Shop - Song Page (see track 10). This is the 'original' version - how the song was written. Just 1 voice and 1 acoustic guitar.
