Duffle Coat Hanging On Door In Flatland, Dublin
I used to live in a flat in Westfield Road, Dublin. I also used to be the proud owner of a duffle coat - I still have it!!, though I haven't worn it in years. It gives the moths something to eat!
This is a pen and ink, and watercolour painting. The coat is a bit shorter than in real life. The most depressing thing I find about this picture is that it is a flat (one roomed 'apartment'). There is nothing more constricting and depressing than having to live in a flat. I don't recommend it!
