Peaks - An Imaginary Landscape
The reason I pained this imaginary landscape was because I had a small box of watercolours from childhood and when I began painting I suddenly ended up with a lot of the other main colours used up or very low whereas I still had plenty of orange paint.
So what could I do? I decided to paint an orange landscape.
The reason why it was imaginary was for the simple reason that I couldn't find any orange landscape - I was living in Dublin at the time!
Please don't ask what those orange lines are bottom right - I don't know! I just put them there.
